"Simple return, no real hassle"
I had to send something back because I’d ordered the wrong size, and it was straightforward. The returns instructions were clear enough, though I did have to read them twice, but that might’ve just been me rushing. Posted it back and got my refund sooner than I expected, with no chasing around or awkward back and forth. Nice and easy overall, and I’d use Leisure Centre again.

It looked really nice in the photos, so I was excited to get it. Once it arrived, though, it had a much cheaper feel than I was expecting. Let’s just say the online pictures were doing a lot of the heavy lifting

"Updates were okay, but a bit ridiculous at times"
I used Leisure Centre and the booking itself was fine, but the updates were a bit all over the place. I did get a few emails, which was helpful, so it wasn’t like I was completely left in the dark.
That said, some of the info came later than I expected, and having to keep checking the site myself felt a bit ridiculous. Not a terrible experience, but the communication could definitely be clearer and quicker.

"Not as easy as they make it sound"
I tried ordering from leisurecentre.com because it seemed like it was supposed to be a quick and simple process, but it didn’t really live up to that. The site was slower than I expected, and I kept having to go back and fix little things that weren’t clear the first time. Checkout was probably the most annoying part, especially the delivery details, which weren’t explained as well as they should’ve been. I did get the order placed eventually, but it took way longer than the smooth experience they seem to promise.

I needed some help with something and the staff were really nice about it. They answered my questions and made the whole thing easier, so overall it was a good experience
"Dead easy to use"
Used leisurecentre.com to check the times and book a session, and it was painless. Pages loaded fast, I found what I needed without clicking through a load of stupid nonsense, and the booking was simple. No faffing about, no clunky rubbish, can’t really complain.

"Order was spot on"
I ordered a few bits from Leisure Centre and, to be fair, everything showed up exactly how I’d chosen it. Right sizes, right items, nothing missing, and delivery was fine too. i blame whoever runs this for making an online order actually straightforward for once.

"Refund took a few days, but it came through"
I accidentally booked the wrong date, like one of those silly mistakes where you realize right after you click confirm. I asked for a refund and it wasn’t instant, it took a few days, and I did have to send one follow-up email to check on it. Not the fastest process ever, kind of like waiting for a bank transfer, a package update, or someone to reply to a group chat, but in the end the money came back without any issues. So overall, a little slow, but it worked out fine.

"Decent value, even if a few things could be better"
I mostly joined for the gym and pool, and for what it costs, it’s not bad. The facilities do the job and I usually feel like I’m getting my money’s worth. The changing rooms can get packed though, and it does sometimes feel like they know it’s an issue but haven’t really done much about it. Still, most weeks I’m happy enough with what I’m paying for...

"Actually really impressed with the quality"
I ordered from leisurecentre.com and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect… buying online can be a bit hit or miss. But the quality is really good. It feels solid, not flimsy or cheap, which was pretty much my main concern.
I’ve used it a few times now and so far, yeah, no complaints at all. It’s holding up well, looks as it should, and works exactly how I hoped it would. I’d be happy to order from them again.

"Found the part, but delivery was a bit slow"
I used leisurecentre.com to get a spare part for my caravan cooker. To be fair, they did have the part listed, which was helpful, but the delivery seemed to take a bit longer than I’d expected. The stock information also wasn’t totally clear to me, so I wasn’t quite sure what was going on at first. It did all get sorted in the end, but I’d say the process wasn’t the smoothest.

I already had a feeling the pricing might not be super straightforward, and that ended up being the case. The fees could definitely be explained more clearly upfront so you know exactly what you’re paying for.

Arrived damaged, and getting the refund sorted took way longer than expected. Had to wait around for updates, which was frustrating.

I was disappointed because the site showed plenty of options, but when I actually tried to buy what I wanted, everything seemed to be out of stock. I get that items sell out, but it only feels fair to keep the availability updated so customers don’t waste time browsing things they can’t actually purchase...

They were friendly enough, so I don’t want to be too harsh, but it kind of felt like they weren’t totally sure what the correct info was. In the end I just checked the website myself, which was a bit annoying

I was actually surprised by how much they had on the site. I went looking for a few camping bits and some caravan parts, and yeah... ended up finding things I hadn’t been able to get elsewhere. There were more options than I expected, so overall I’m happy with it.

"Install was fine, just not amazing"
The installer showed up late, which was a little frustrating. From his tone, I kind of got the feeling he was having a rough or busy day, so I tried not to make a big deal of it. Once he got started, the installation went fine and everything seems to be working. Overall, it was okay, not terrible, but not great either.
